The 2010 quarterly maintenance coupons books, have been mailed to all unit owners. Unit owners are responsible for the payment of the quarterly maintenance fees even if you do not receive a coupon book. Maintenance fees may be payed by mailing your check along with the original micro- encoded coupon. Post dated checks will not be accepted.
