The Lantana Town Planning and Zoning Board has approved a change of zoning for the vacant Cenacle property from Residential to C-1, Light Commercial. This change allows ANY business that fits the definition. This is a preliminary change only. The Lantana Town Council will have a first reading of the proposed zoning change at 7:00PM, Monday, April 13. A second reading will be Monday, April 27. The meeting will be at the Town Hall at Greynolds Circle. If you wish to provide public input or just observe, the Town Council chamber room is very small, so please arrive early for a seat.
