CENACLE PROPERTY UPDATE

We have received notification that Lantana is moving forward on a “simultaneous approval track”. In explanation, if the Cenacle land is not approved as a hotel tract and the developer does not close on it within 120 days, then the land will automatically revert back to residential, the same as it is designated now.

More updates will be provided as this situation develops.
