Mr. Seth Bain of Greenberg, Traurig would like to meet with the owners of Half Moon Bay at the above time and place to explain plans for the Lantana Resort and Spa which is slated for construction at the former Cenacle property adjacent to and just north of Half Moon Bay.

Because their proposed resort may impact potential property values at Half Moon Bay and such matters as traffic density, noise, sea wall and other considerations, you may find this meeting to be of great interest.
