Rules for Master Association Bulletin Board

1. The bulletin board will be locked. Only personnel authorized by the Board of Directors or the Management Company may post a notice on the bulletin board.

2. Real Estate Postings are for sale or lease of properties in Half Moon Bay only.

3. Postings shall be placed on 3”x 5” cards.

4. Each posting must have a “date of posting” and a “date of removal”. Posting may be for a maximum of 90 days.

5. Only owners may submit items to be posted; with a limit of one posting at a time. Owners of multiple units may have only one posting at any one time

6. Posting must include the unit number, and may not inlud eprice. Owner’sname, phone number, or other information appropriate to the advertisement may be included.

7. No commercial advertisements are permitted.

8. A “Moving Sale” is the posting for the sale of personal property by an owner who is leaving Half Moon Bay permanently. Only one “Moving Sale” per owner is allowed, and the sale duration is limited to one day.
